Maranda Manning has a diverse background as an startup operator and investor and has built a career focused on leadership, operations, and scaling organizations. She is currently the Co-Founder and VP of Customer Success & Operations at Ideem, where she focuses on delivering seamless customer experiences and ensuring operational efficiency. Before this, she spent over three years at TripleBlind, first as Chief of Staff and later as VP of People & Operations. During her time there, she played a key role in scaling the company and shaping its organizational culture. Maranda also has experience in venture capital, having worked at Firebrand Ventures as both an Associate and Principal, where she supported early-stage startups and investment strategies. Earlier in her career, she worked in marketing and operations roles at SquareOffs and Techstars. Maranda has a BA in English from the University of Kansas.
