Tim has over thirty years of experience leading software development teams, working across a range of industries and organizations, from large Fortune 500 companies to innovative early-stage startups. His career has spanned roles such as VP of Engineering at TripleBlind, where he led teams developing biometric authentication and privacy-preserving technologies, and Director of Engineering at EyeVerify, a pioneer in password-free mobile security. Tim also served as General Manager and Director of Engineering for ZOLOZ, spearheading the development of cutting-edge biometric authentication and hosted-identity platforms. His expertise covers the full product life cycle—from concept to deployment and operations, to customer success and ongoing support—making him a well-rounded and highly experienced leader in the tech industry. Tim holds a BS in Computer Science from Kansas State University and an MS in Engineering Management from the University of Kansas.
